Event FAQs
- How will the seats be assigned? – Seats in the VIP area will be randomly assigned. However, the team will do their best to group tickets bought together.
- Where will we claim the tickets? –Tickets can be claimed on the date of the show by the doors of the REP Eastwood Theater, 30 minutes before the start of the show (1PM). The theater is located at 4F Eastwood Citywalk, Eastwood City, Libis.
- Notice for audiences who might be sensitive to light – During the show, you might see some bright lights or flashing effects like sparkles or twinkles! Don’t worry, it’s all part of the fun and excitement on stage. But if you or someone in your group has light or photo-sensitivity, just a heads-up — you might want to take a few extra steps to feel comfy! You can wear sunglasses, look away during the flashes, or chat with one of our friendly staff members if you need anything at all.
